    How Do I Make a Return?

    Before returning your item, send an email to support@thehappyclothingcompany.com with the following information.
    Email Subject: (Name on Order) Return
    Include in the Email:
    Name on Order
    Email on Order
    Order #
    Date Order was placed
    Reason for Return:

    • Including whether you would like a Return, Exchange, or Store Credit.

    ***DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN EMAIL FROM THE HAPPY CLOTHING COMPANY detailing the return/exchange instructions.

       
    Return Policy: If you are interested in completing a return/exchange, please follow the requirements below.

    • Returns must be reported within 2 weeks (14 days) of the delivery date. Items must be shipped off by the customer within 7 days of receiving the return/exchange instructions from The Happy Clothing Company.
    • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
    • Returns must include EVERYTHING that was in the original package including, but not limited to the following:
      • The original “The Happy Seeker Kit” box
      • The original Hang Tag(s)
      • Sticker(s)
      • Wristband(s)
      • Thank You Note
      • Free Pass(es)
      • Other Pack-Ins not listed that may have been included in your package
    • *** Failure to include EVERYTHING from the original package may result in the refusal of a refund
    • *** If the returned package has damaged items (or washed or worn garment) from the previous list, return is subject to refusal of refund or partial refund
    • The Happy Seeker Kit box must be repackaged in a Poly Bag for the return to ensure the package and contents do not get damaged during shipping
    • A “Return Request” email must be sent to support@thehappyclothingcompany.com and the customer must receive an email in return, detailing the handling of the return/exchange.
    • All garments/items returned are subject to an inspection and refusal of a refund.
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If it is an Exchange, the shipping costs of the replacement will be determined upon review of the returned garment(s)/item(s).
    • Customer is responsible for ensuring that The Happy Clothing Company receives the return package
      • On large orders, consider package tracking and insurance
      • The Happy Clothing Company will not issue any refunds for returns we do not receive

    When Will Refunds Be Issued?

    Refunds will be issued upon the receipt and inspection of the returned garment(s)/item(s)
    ***The Happy Clothing Company reserves the right to deny any return/refund. However, we aim to make all of our customers Happy customers.
